STATUTE OF THE ASSOCIATION "ABRUZZO SOLIDARITY"
ARTICLE 1 - THE CONSTITUTION AND

ART. 2-SOCIAL OBJECTIVES
The association works for peace and dialogue between communities, peoples, cultures and customs of different ethnic groups to a fair and peaceful coexistence.
It is committed to the deployment of a strong sense of solidarity, citizens' Aquila damaged by the earthquake and in general from the consequences of natural and environmental disasters, of immigrants.
The association is committed to countering the dominance of cultural, economic, military and even the states most industrialized and wealthy nations of the world. He fought against the repression and exclusion of peoples to self-determination.
The association promotes the defense and protection of environmental and cultural heritage. In particular, the association
:
- promoted through fundraisers and donations of humanitarian and solidarity with the victims of the earthquake of Aquila, in health, education, food and in each field;
- promotes cultural and political events for self-sustainable reconstruction of areas hit by the earthquake and technical assistance to citizens earthquake;

ART.3-MEMBERS AND CONDITIONS 'FOR MEMBERSHIP
can join all the people who share purposes of the association and work to achieve them. Contributing members are those that contribute to the initiatives of the association with subscriptions and other types of support. Supporting members may be other associations
ART.4-HERITAGE
The association's assets consist of:
a) from contributions, bequests and donations from individuals, public and private entities;
b) the assets and real estate ;
c) income from economic initiatives that are consistent with social goals.
In case of dissolution of the Association assets shall be donated to charities with similar purposes unless otherwise destination.
ART.5-
FINANCIAL YEAR The financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December each year. At the end of each financial year the shareholders' meeting shall ensure the preparation of the advisory and program for approval.
ART.6-BODIES
bodies are:

the shareholders' meeting - the president.
The officers are free.
ART.7
-GENERAL MEETING The shareholders' meeting is called at least once a year.
The meeting must be convened in extraordinary form to decide on amendments to the Statute, and duration of the association. The association
of members:
- approve the budget advisory;
- elect the president;
- approve of the campaign initiatives and the main lines of action;
- ratification of the membership in other associations.
ART. 8-
THE PRESIDENT The president of the association has legal representation and social form, can be collected by institutions, private institutions or payments of any kind, releasing discharge and subscriptions;
can open bank accounts and post office made payable to the association or delegate to third parties to open them, represents the association in legal proceedings and appoint solicitors, convene the general assembly and does any act necessary for routine administration and to the achievement of social goals.
ART. 9-REFERENCE TO THE LAW
For matters not covered by this statute will be referred to the applicable laws and any regulations that are issued by the President with the assent of the shareholders.
